Signal towers are fundamental elements in manufacturing processes for the visual and audible signalling of the system status.

LOVATO Electric offers a complete range of products and accessories capable of providing custom-made signal towers for each manufacturing station.

- Steady or blinking light modules

- Flash modules

- Sound modules

- Incandescent and LED bulbs

- Fixing bases and extensions

The signal towers can be assembled by stacking up to 7 modules, in the following sequence, starting from the top: red, yellow, orange, blue, green and white with a simple and quick operation.
The sound module must always be positioned at the top of the signal tower.

Direct Current Contactors

To complete the system, LOVATO Electric presents the new direct current contactors, 9 to 38A in AC3, of the BF series.
Main features include:

- 4 terminal coil and built-in surge suppressor

- Versions with low coil consumption at only 2.4W

- Versions with wide coil operating range of 70…125% Us

- Side add-on fourth power pole for 45 and 56A (AC1) contactors

- UL certification for USA and Canada

The following versions are available:

- Control relays

- Three poles and four poles

- 2NO+2NC power poles

- 4NC power poles

Voltage Monitoring Relay PMV30

The voltage monitoring relay PMV 30 has been developed and designed to warrant maximum reliability and accuracy.
Main relay functions for control and tripping include:

- Minimum AC voltage

- Phase loss

- Wrong phase sequence

It is available with three rated Ue voltages:

- PMV 30 A240 for 208-240VAC range

- PMV 30 A575 for 380-575VAC range

- PMV 30 A600 for 600VAC only.

The relay has one output relay with a changeover contact, rated 8A in AC1, and is energised in normal system conditions.
PMV 30 is UL listed for Canada and USA .

New programmable logic relays of the series are now available with a new 24V AC supply voltage. Indeed, this new voltage has been included for the following models:
